Corporate Overview

Five individuals who share a common interest in developing breakthrough technology products in bar code reading founded The Company in 1999.  The Company founders have extensive experience in both advanced engineering and marketing. Mr. Ali Lebaschi, CTO and Mr. Hak-Soo Kim, Vice-President, Engineering are both senior design engineers who, have been directly responsible for several patented devices in bar code technology, reading, scanning technology and optical readers. They are responsible for the development of the Company's unique  reading and decode technology.   Mr. Sam Dishman has held  several executive positions  with organizations involved in the bar code scanning and portable terminal marketplace.  Mr. Ken Waters, Chairman has had several senior executive positions with Fortune 500 companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of several public and private firms.  Mr. Waters has served as President of MicroAge and Computer Land Corporations, both distributors of high-tech products.  Mr. Andy Anderson, President, has founded two high-tech reseller organizations in Southern California and served in several sales, marketing, and executive positions for technology firms.

Products & Markets

E-Seek Inc. is a developer and marketer of unique two dimensional (2D) and 1D barcode readers specifically for government issued Drivers Licenses and ID cards.

The patented reading technology employed in all E-Seek products dramatically lowers the cost of reading 2D barcodes without sacrificing performance. These solid-state units employ a double read rate (™) process to assure speed and accuracy in reading the PDF-417 two dimensional barcode.

The products available from E-Seek are designed with the specific purpose of reading the PDF417 barcodes being used by many states and governmental agencies as a more secure method of encoding drivers license and ID card information. The patented reading technology employed in the products assures a fast and accurate "read" of the data contained in the barcode. The low cost of the units combined with the compact size makes the E-Seek products an attractive alternative to currently available offerings.
